• helping out with problems and emergencies as well as welcome packs, mid-week laundry and shopping.

Project management and building work

Building work and repairs to your property need organisation, checking and following up. Visits to monitor progress will include digital images sent to you via e-mail. Regular attendance on site to liaise with contractors and help finding registered artisans are all included.

A small percentage charge (3-10%) is payable based on invoiced work before tax. Rates for each individual project depend on various factors such as distance, complexity, value and timescale involved.
